Cookie Policy
OwnMark Write keeps browser storage to the minimum needed to run a signed-in workbook. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
What we use
- Authentication storage — keeps you signed in and refreshes your session. Essential; the app cannot work without it.
- Preference storage — remembers interface choices such as the selected child profile and editor settings. Essential to usability.
- Security cookies — set by our hosting and abuse-protection provider to block malicious traffic. Essential.
- Aggregate product analytics — counts of page views and feature usage, used to improve the product. Non-essential; no advertising profiles are built.
What we do not use
- Advertising or retargeting cookies.
- Cross-site tracking pixels on student pages.
- Sale or sharing of any identifier with data brokers.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent the workbook from saving drafts. Where analytics storage is used, you can opt out via the cookie preferences link in the footer of your browser session or by enabling your browser's “Do Not Track” setting, which we honour.
