Billing & Refunds
How subscriptions are charged, how to cancel, and when you can get your money back. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to everything below.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Billing
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. A tax invoice is emailed after each payment.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
- Each plan includes a set number of child profiles and a monthly AI usage allowance.
- Failed payments are retried; access is paused if payment remains outstanding after 7 days.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds
- Cooling-off: request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you have not used more than a nominal amount of AI credit.
- Accidental renewal: contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge and we will refund it if the plan has not been used in that period.
- Major failure: if the service has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, you may choose a refund or a replacement, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.
- Minor problems: we will fix the fault within a reasonable time; if we cannot, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund.
We generally do not refund partly used billing periods where the service worked as described and you simply changed your mind after the cooling-off window.
How to claim
